A Dazzling Return for the STAR Gala

Our second-annual STAR Gala occurred on Friday, April 11, at the Westshore Grand. The out-of-this-world event commemorated the profound impact of CNHC and our system of care on the community, while raising funds to help us carry our vision forward. We enjoyed an evening of cocktails, dinner, music, and fellowship with a special purpose.

The gala honored retired Public Defender and CNHC Board Vice Chair Julianne Holt as STAR of the Year for her incredible contributions to the well-being of children and families in Hillsborough County and beyond. We heard powerful testimonies from Julianne’s colleagues and those whose families have been transformed with the help of CNHC. Plus, former foster youth in the USF Pearls program bravely shared the positive changes in their lives.
