CREATING HOPE FOR
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY KIDS

Children’s Network of Hillsborough is the nonprofit lead agency that manages the child welfare system in Hillsborough County. We collaborate with the community to protect children and preserve local families. Our team oversees a comprehensive system of care, including foster care, adoption, prevention services, kinship care, independent living, and more. Together, we can make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

Become a Foster or Adoptive Parent

In Hillsborough County, hundreds of kids have experienced abuse and neglect. These children, teens, and groups of siblings urgently need a safe, loving refuge. If you have ever felt called to open your heart and home to local children, please consider becoming a foster or adoptive parent now. Children’s Network of Hillsborough will be with you every step of the way. The need is great, and so are the opportunities to change a life for good.

CHILD ADOPTION EDUCATION DAY POSTPONED

The Child Adoption Education Day originally scheduled for Saturday, September 28, at Old McMicky’s Farm has been postponed following the impacts of Hurricane Helene. Children’s Network of Hillsborough is working with Old McMicky’s and Family Support Services to select a new date for this important event. We will share the rescheduled date as soon as it becomes available.
