Tammy Holcombe is an innovative and focused professional who has dedicated more than 20 years of service within the fields of dependency and child welfare. She began her career with DCF in Children’s Legal Services, where she was a strong advocate for Florida’s dependent children. She then served for 7 years as Program Manager for residential services with Youth and Family Alternatives (YFA). While with YFA, she worked collaboratively with DCF and DJJ while serving on sub-committees to help our at-risk youth. Her career experience has been in Circuits 5, 6, and 13.  She has served in various leadership roles within the field, with experience in dependency, residential group care, operation management, and quality improvement.

Tammy obtained a Degree in Legal Studies and her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Rasmussen University. She joined the Children’s Network of Hillsborough in November 2022. Her current responsibilities include overseeing support staff, including Revenue Maximization, Data, Records, and Backgrounds.
