September Food Pantries in Hillsborough County
September marks National Hunger Awareness Month, a time to spotlight the critical issue of food insecurity, particularly among children. In our community, many families face daily challenges in providing their children with adequate meals, leading to missed school days, diminished academic performance, and long-term health consequences. At CNHC, we combat child hunger through partnerships with local food banks and community organizations, as well as advocacy for policies that support food assistance programs and address the root causes of food insecurity.
