National Adoption Day at Busch Gardens
Children’s Network of Hillsborough County was honored to celebrate National Adoption Day at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, where 52 children, including 10 sibling groups, were officially adopted into their forever families. The day was filled with joy, hope, and the beginning of new chapters for so many deserving youth.
National Adoption Day is one of the most special moments of the year. We thank everyone who made this remarkable day possible, including the Judiciary, Children’s Legal Services, the Guardian ad Litem Program, our legislative leaders, the CNHC Board of Directors, and the many community partners who stand with us in this mission.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our dedicated CNHC Adoptions Team and Dependency Case Managers for their hard work in making the adoptions possible, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for hosting this wonderful celebration, and the Junior League for co-sponsoring the food with CNHC.
CNHC was also deeply honored to receive special proclamations for National Adoption Day from the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners and Tampa Mayor Jane Castor. These proclamations underscore the importance of adoption and highlight our community’s shared commitment to ensuring every child has a safe and loving home.
