Holly Way began her professional career in child welfare after graduating from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. She is an engaging and focused professional with 19 years of progressive experience driving strategic vision, partnership development, and leadership within child welfare services. Her experience includes case management, adoptions, foster home licensing, contract management and support services.

Holly previously worked for Eckerd Connects Hillsborough in a similar role before joining Children’s Network of Hillsborough in July 2022. Her current responsibilities include managing a portfolio of services subcontracted to child welfare service providers including case management organizations, placement providers, and utilization management services.
