On Tuesday, August 29, DCF Secretary Harris and Children’s Network of Hillsborough held a Foster Parent Roundtable. Secretary Harris spent the morning with foster parents in Hillsborough, along with Children’s Network of Hillsborough, discussing our system of care and how we can best support families.
