This training will provide an overview of the Substance-Exposed Newborn and Plan of Safe Care process, the role of the Behavioral Health Consultant(BHC), the BHC and Child Protective Investigator collaboration and joint response, in addition to the common classification of substances in child welfare and the impact on behavioral health.
