Bronwyn is a dynamic, inspiring leader known for her legal expertise and her ability to drive teams to achieve exceptional results through collaboration and innovative approaches. She launched her legal career as a student law clerk for Justice Pariente at the Florida Supreme Court. Following law school, Bronwyn served as a state prosecutor and practiced litigation at the esteemed nationally recognized firm, Carleton Fields.

With more than fourteen years of experience in child welfare, Bronwyn has held key leadership roles, including SunCoast Regional Director for Children’s Legal Services, Statewide Deputy Director for Children’s Legal Services, and Southern Regional Managing Director for the Department of Children and Families (DCF). In recognition of her exemplary leadership, she received the State’s Visionary Award in 2012.

Bronwyn earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson College of Law, where she also received a Certificate of Advocacy. She was an editor for the Stetson Law Review, competed on the Negotiation Team, and served as a Stetson Ambassador. Her distinguished career was further recognized in 2018 when she received the Stetson College of Law Distinguished Alumna Award for her outstanding contributions to legal practice and leadership at the Department of Children and Families. In addition to her law credentials, Bronwyn holds a master’s degree in exercise science and a bachelor’s degree in education.

Although Bronwyn has accomplished much throughout her career, she is most proud of her passion for empowering others and her impactful work supporting vulnerable populations.
