Kymberlye Smith is passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families in Hillsborough County. Throughout her career, she has served with a dedication to excellence and great compassion for all of the children and families whose lives her work impacts. She began her career in child welfare as a Licensing Specialist with Camelot Community Care. Next, she served as Licensing Director for Eckerd Connects, where she was employed for 6 years. Today, Kymberlye currently serves as the Director of Licensing for Children’s Network of Hillsborough. She oversees Level 1 – 5 foster homes, working with 10 licensing agencies.

Kymberlye proudly received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of South Florida.
