Paulette began her professional career working with high-risk youth at Brookwood Florida while completing her degree at the University of South Florida. Paulette continued her career with Lutheran Services Florida in Pinellas. While there, she quickly transitioned from Certified Child Welfare Case Manager to Supervisor. While in the Supervisory role, she built special connections with the high-risk youth while building and overseeing the high-risk unit.

After serving many years with LSF Pinellas, Paulette then transitioned to servicing young adults who aged out of the system of care by taking the role of Extended Foster Care Coordinator with Camelot Community Care Pinellas. Paulette has over 10 years of experience as well as extensive child welfare knowledge and expertise, which she is bringing into her role as IFST Director at Children’s Network of Hillsborough.
